Mark knows his stuff, inside and out. Upon arrival he asked if there was any areas in the car that he should be careful of or that I wanted him not to mess around with. That is the first time I have heard of a detailing place asking such a question. He re confirmed the service I wanted done, full detail interior and exterior and went over how long it would take. I brought in my car a little later than usual and he still was able to get it finished by 4:30 p.m. The detail work inside was incredible. It looked as though it had come from an auto dealership that was waiting to be sold. He even got the piece behind the rear view mirror that is generally over looked because of its location. I had some noticeable scratches and ares that needed work on the outside and he did not disappoint. Mark was able to work out those areas and make them look almost new again. He even went ahead and restored the back of my outside mirrors to a new look from getting beat on by the sun so much! The wax was smooth and even. I couldn't of asked for a better service and at a great price.
Rocky's was very prompt on getting back to me with a quote to fully detail my van. My van was in desperate need of a major scrub inside and out! They delivered exceptional service and my van looked nearly new upon picking it up! Very pleased and will definitely recommend to others and use them again!
They did a good general job insid ee and out, they even cleaned some pet hair for no additional charge. They missed the speedometer glass though :-/
Great service in the past less than satisfactory recently and pretty dramatic cost increase.
Nice folk's. Had the interior done. The 59.99 price point. You can wait a hour in a living room like area or go to the restaurant next door. Everything was satifactory except double tray console. One was missed.
