They now charge an "express guarantee" charge to print something when you walk into the building. I printed 8 pages on card stock, which I guess ties up a lot of resources to pull up the file and print it despite being a staples that never has more customers than staff. To be fair, I asked for a test page and realized I messed up, paid for the page and came back to print more. The staff is still friendly and helpful, but an extra fee to print something is pretty bogus. I'll be taking my print jobs somewhere else now.
Needed to resize and print 3 pictures off of my flash drive. At first the lady acted like she couldn't do it. I told her I had it done previously in a Staples at another location. Lady continues to tell me how she really shouldn't have to do this, because it should have been a custom order which costs $1/minute (also to note, I was the only customer at the desk, so it's not like she was busy). All I wanted was 3 pictures. Resized and printed. After making me feel like an a$$ for even asking for this simple project to be done, she ended up making another girl do it and I was charged 4x more than when I had taken the same request to another Staples. Who the hell is doing the hiring over there???

Cheryl & Kaycee in the print area were AWESOME! They were helpful and provided exceptional service to me and the rest of the customers they were working with while I was there. They were fabulous!
We use Staples Print for our business and marketing, and I've always been pleased with the service. Today Cheryl not only cheerfully helped me with the self-serve print kiosk, but she gave me complimentary cutting and made sure I was going about my project in the most cost-effective way.
