Slow service; good food .
This place is the second biggest joke of a Taco Bell in Madison. I've attempted to get food from here 5 times in the last month and all 5 times their credit card machines were down and the over night staff is rude and short with you. 0/10 would not attempt again
the staff is amazing! i went there today & ordered two different orders. i forgot one of the orders & called back saying a forgot the other order. staff was very pleasant! when i walked into the local store, i was helped immediately & got warm fresh food! i felt very welcomed & i am very satisfied with this location! unlike other locations they work hard to accommodate to their customers & i recommend this location to everyone!
The speed of service was fast but that was the only good thing about this place. They got my order half wrong and the tacos had little to no cheese on them and the portions were very inconsistent. The staff was ok but seemed to just be going through the motions, waiting to get done.
The staff is normally very nice but if there is a line at the drive-thru it’s gonna be a bit. But it’s Taco Bell so worth it
