Purchased a pink tongued skink from them online. Shipped it quickly, packed it well, and arrived in good condition. I've had it for a couple months and have had no issues. They've responded quickly to my questions with good information.
Very nice place. Staff was really busy when we where in there but still helped us then stayed after they closed to continue helping us with are terrarium. Highly recommended!

I began emailing Reptile Rapture with questions regarding a Rankins Bearded Dragon. After I decided I would make the purchase, they continued to provide me with the most amazing customer service I've encountered in a very long time. Once again, every question answered, every silly email I sent was responded to and now he's here. I asked them to choose the one with the best temperament and did they ever deliver! This was for my daughter and honestly, I was very unsure about owning a reptile. After dealing with Reptile Rapture and after meeting this little guy, I'm completely sold. A wonderfully homey place with educated staff and a wonderful selection! Have bought two beautiful reptiles from them and were living happily together. Both were healthy and have still had no health issues. Thanks to Allison especially for helping me get my new friends as well as educating me on their upkeep procedures!
