I have never written a review, but I had such a positive experience that I felt it was warranted. The sales rep Chris, was so helpful and pleasant, she obviously loves helping her clients and enjoys her job. I was sure that I needed a 20 foot truck but after giving Chris a rough estimate of my random possesions to move, she suggested a 17 footer...she was correct. Thank you Chris once again for your professionalism and honesty, you saved me money instead of trying to up-sale me...your the best!
