Brad was great BUT he retired. They are liars we paid our policy in full and they are refusing to cover our claim. When we call they hang up on us. We have filed a complaint with the commissioner of insurance and are hiring an attorney. Have NEVER had such piss poor customer service!

Brad came up with a VERY reasonable quote within minutes of my contacting him and I had verification of the coverage within minutes of that. All told, I would guestimate that it took all of 10 minutes from start to finish.
