I had previously written a negative review because of a poor experience with Allstate and this agency. This is to revise/update my previous feedback. Briefly, I requested a policy document which Allstate refused to provide and would not let me talk to other superiors. I also called this agency about the problem but never got a phone call back. When I finally got a hold of Dean Gardner (Monona office), that's when the ball really started rolling. At some point Jim Felts became aware no one responded to my phone call and was in touch with me several times to address the issue. I do have to underscore my contacts with Dean because he really got to the bottom of it. Whenever Allstate would send me the wrong document, I would notify Dean and he would get on it right away. Like I told Dean, I'm still with Allstate because of Dean.
